He has embedded them with tiny global positioning system (GPS) chips that can track the movement of its wearer.

The shoe design allows the wearer to press a button hidden near the shoe’s lace to send a distress signal. The wearer’s movements are picked up by the satellite, relayed to monitor centre and made accessible to caretakers by the internet or phone. Electronic alert is automatically issued if the wearer enters or breaks a predefined area.The shoes, called 'quantum satellite technology'.
